Touching and h ealing lives with compassion, faith and the love of God.

Our purpose is to turn the hearts of men back towards God. The condition of the world won’t change unless the people who live in it change. One person, organization or ministry can’t do it alone. Our vision is to see each of these entities come together as one, pull our many resources, and fight against the devices the world has used to enslave our brothers and sisters. To work together to bring order back into our communities, homes and children. Our purpose is to create such an awareness of the power in unity, that people will forget about denominations, social status and ethnic backgrounds and see the work of God before us and pull together to get it done.

(1 Corinthians 12:12)

It is the desire of this ministry to light a fire in the hearts of men everywhere to love and care for one another just as God loves and cares for us; regardless of race or ethnic background. It is through his love and kindness that hearts are changed.

Soul Harvesters for Jesus is a street ministry that was placed in the hearts of Evangelist Sylvia Evans and Minister Brenda Clay to bring to fruition. These two servants of the Most High God have worked together for over 15 years serving people and spreading the love of Jesus Christ throughout the world.

In addition, we are a non-profit organization which provides short-term assistance depending upon the severity of the need. Soul Harvesters is not an agency however, we do offer assistance when other means have been exhausted.

Because we are a “street ministry”, 95% of our services are held outside; we are not a church. We are a group of dedicated believers which attend churches of different denominations. We have united ourselves together because we have a heart to serve and believe we really can make a difference. During our meetings, we discuss the many different ways we can better help those who may need our guidance and services. As the body of Christ, we take the gospel and the love of God to the streets and watch lives change.

It may not be possible to feed and save the world however, with God and the support of other ministries and businesses, we can make a significant impact.

Soul Harvesters operates as a mobile street ministry, evangelizing on sidewalks, in parks, in community centers, neighborhoods-wherever it’s permitted. We provide weekly services and monthly community outreaches, as well as revival services, throughout the Lowcountry.

In preparation for any of our community outreaches, we prepare by collecting clothing ,household items, anything that would be a blessing to those in need. We also invite the area churches and businesses to help sponsor and come out to be apart of what’s going on in their community. A community cookout is opened to all who want to come; this gives us the opportunity to fellowship more one on one. Last but not least, worship services are going on throughout the entire day. It’s a great deal of work, but it’s worth it.

God has opened doors for us to reach many individuals and families both physically and spiritually. We’ve offered assistance to many people struggling with drug addictions, homelessness, basic needs, and spiritual emptiness. We are here to serve our fellowman in whatever way we can.
